It will happen at the right time when it is part of God’s plan. I started working with Boss Richard last May 2020, and I just gave birth to my first child 2 months before this. Also, the COVID-19 pandemic is already happening around this time, and everyone is confined in their houses; thus, work is also affected. This was when I needed to have work to help us through the pandemic.

During this time, my husband and I were just renting a small room, which was only good for the two of us as we were just starting as a family with our first child. We dreamed of having a house, but it was impossible during this time as we didn’t have the savings yet. But even if this was our setting, we were contented and just strived hard to achieve our goal, which was to be able to build a house someday.

As time passed working for Smart Solutions, I learned more about Boss Richard. I could share my life story with him. And there he knew we were just renting and had a baby with us. He just encouraged us that maybe we could have a house independently someday, inspiring me to work harder.

The year 2021 came in, and we decided to just move to my father and mother’s house to save for the monthly dues. Also, around this time, my sister was able to procure land, but she could not afford to build a house yet. She offered to give me half of the land, but I must pay for it on an installment basis. I was hesitant because I could not afford to build a house then. This was then an idea came to me to ask for assistance from Boss Richard because this was when we were also desperate to have our house as the monthly rent was now high, our baby was also growing, and being in the same house with my father and mother was not ideal, and there are lots of complications. I just want my family to live comfortably, and as Boss Richard also wants me to work conveniently in our new house, he willingly agreed to provide me with financial assistance to build our dream house, and I continuously paid for the payment of the part of the land where I will be constructing our future house.

We did not dream of a big, luxurious house; we just wanted to build a house my family could claim as our own without worrying about paying monthly rent. The construction of the house started in August 2021 and finished on November 18, 2021. The month after we moved in was also the time when Super Typhoon Odette (Category 5) hit our region, December 15, 2021, and miraculously, the house we built was not damaged compared to our neighbor’s houses that were damaged during the typhoon. Also, as the strong winds flew our neighbor’s houses, we decided to let them in our house to give them shelter, and we let them stay until morning to assure their safety. I cannot believe
how the house was unscathed, given the Category 5 typhoon. But I believe God protects this house as the Holy Ministry built it.

Until now, in 2024, our house remains sturdy. This is one of my greatest dreams that came true and this was God made this plan for us, and He heard our prayers through the Holy Ministry. We will continue to improve and cherish this house and build a loving family under its roof.
